  First off, SmithCo gave us a great deal on our new heating and air conditioner system for our home. They were there less than 24 hours after our system broke down and gave us a very reasonable offer. One month after the installation, Gary Johns came back out as a courtesy to make sure the unit was operating properly. While checking things out he noticed that we had no air being pulled into the upstairs returns. He discovered that there was no air being pulled from the entire upstairs of the house. After looking into the issue, he found that the builders (17 years ago) did not put the appropriate duct work in the house and this somehow got past inspectors. Gary told us he had "never seen anything like this." At that point, he got on the phone with Matt Smith, owner of SmithCo. My wife and I braced ourselves for another huge bill. Gary and Matt came up with a solution to fix the upstairs air flow and told us they would take care of it at no charge. My wife and I were blown away. This is how you take great care of your customers. Matt, Gary, Cory Willbanks and Karrie from the SmithCo office have been amazing and we will always give them our business. If you want to be treated like a friend and be given great service and extremely affordable rates, then you need to go to SmithCo. They are amazing and we will always be grateful for this amazing experience. Thank-you SmithCo!!!!!
